OUR TOP DEAL: Complete Package: 1x PowerDock + 1x PRO 3 + 1x BP2700 Extension Battery + 1x SmartMeter
Maximum performance. Maximum freedom.
Connect up to 4 Solarbank devices:
- up to 4,800 W AC power
- Up to 14,400 W PV input
- Up to 64.5 kWh total capacity
Thanks to the high PV input and output power, you can use a larger portion of the solar power you generate yourself. Since both the AC power and the module power of this system far exceed the legal limits for a Schuko outlet (800 W and 960 Wp, respectively), grid connection is permitted only through a Wieland outlet permanently installed by a licensed electrician.
Flexibly expandable—to suit your needs.
Plan, install, and expand your system however you like, based on your needs:
The Solarbank units can be flexibly combined and used anywhere you have space.
No fixed location, no high upfront costs—you decide when and where you want to grow.
Compatible with:
- Solarbank 2 Pro / Plus / AC
- Solarbank 3 Pro
- as well as future models
This ensures that your investments to date remain effective in the long term— future-proof and scalable.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the main function of the Anker SOLIX Power Dock?
The Power Dock is the central control unit of the Anker Multisystem. It allows up to four SolarBank 3 Pro units to be connected in parallel, significantly increasing solar input power, storage capacity, and AC output power.
What is the maximum amount of power the system can feed into the grid using the Power Dock?
By combining up to four Solarbank 3 Pro units (1,200 W each), the system achieves a maximum AC feed-in capacity of 4,800 W to the home’s electrical grid. This transforms the traditional balcony power plant into a full-fledged residential solar system.
What is the maximum storage capacity supported by the Power Dock?
The system is extremely scalable. Up to 5 expansion batteries (BP2700) can be used per connected Solarbank 3 Pro. When fully expanded with four Solarbanks, the system achieves a total capacity of up to 64.5 kWh.
Can I charge my electric car directly at the Power Dock?
Yes, the Power Dock has built-in connectors for electric vehicle chargers (e.g., Anker SOLIX V1). It supports single-phase charging at up to 7.4 kW, as well as three-phase charging at 11 kW or 22 kW via the appropriate CEE connectors.
Do I need an electrician for the Power Dock?
While individual solar panels are often plug-and-play, hiring a licensed electrician is mandatory and required by law for the installation of the Power Dock and its integration into the home electrical system (especially when using the 11/22 kW charging options).
Can I mix the Solarbank 3 Pro with older generations?
Yes, that's a major advantage. The Power Dock supports the integration of the Solarbank 3 Pro as the master unit, while older units such as the Solarbank E1600 or the Solarbank 2 series can be integrated into the overall system using the appropriate adapter cables to continue utilizing existing capacity.
How many solar panels does the Power Dock control in total?
The Power Dock centralizes control of up to four units. A SolarBank 3 Pro acts as the “brain” of the system, receiving data from the smart meter and coordinating the discharge strategy for all connected storage units (including those of different generations).
Is there a priority order when charging the memory cards via the Power Dock?
Using the Anker app, you can choose whether all storage units should be charged simultaneously or one after the other. The Power Dock intelligently manages power distribution based on your settings (e.g., priority for personal consumption).
How do you install the Power Dock?
The Power Dock is designed for wall mounting indoors or in a sheltered outdoor area. Due to the extensive cabling required for four systems, we recommend placing it in a central location near the home’s main electrical panel.
Is the Power Dock compatible with smart metering?
Yes, the Power Dock is the central hub that receives data from the Anker Smart Meter and regulates the power feed from all connected solar panels in such a way that true zero net metering is achieved throughout the entire home electrical system.
